I’m Matteo.

I hold a MSc from HEC Paris in Management, Sustainability and Social Innovation and a first honours BA in History & International Relations from the University of Exeter.

I worked for Greenpeace for 7 years, focusing on community organising, movement building, group facilitation, weaving in improv theatre and music.

I’m a big believer in experiential learning and in designing playful experiences that move and motivate people into action from a place of creativity and joy.
